How to set up a campaign
To setup a campaign, access the "campaign" tab in the easyPoints admin, and click on "Create point campaign". Set the name, schedule and point rule and save your settings. Campaigns will start automatically based on the schedule. You can also edit the existing campaigns any time.

Details about the campaign feature
When you click on "Create point campaign," the following screen will be displayed.
You can freely modify the following items:
Campaign Name:
You can change the campaign name as you like, making it easy to display the purpose of the campaign, such as weekend campaigns or seasonal campaigns.
Start Date and End Date:
You can set the start and end dates and times of the campaign. You can either enter the dates and times manually or use the calendar to set the duration.
The date is based on your browsers timezone. Please make sure to adjust the date and time if you are setting it up from a timezone that is not your store's default.
Points Redemption Rate:
Set the points redemption rate for the campaign. For example, if the default rank customers normally receive 1 point for ¥100 spent, during the campaign, you can set it to ¥100 = 2 points and give it a name like "Double Points Campaign."
Setting Redemption Rates for Each Membership Rank:
You can also set the redemption rates for each membership rank here, allowing differentiation between ranks even during the campaign.
Setting Up Multiple Campaigns:
You can only operate one campaign at a time, but you can set up multiple campaigns as long as their periods do not overlap. By setting up campaigns in advance for holiday seasons, you can prevent omissions and mistakes in the configuration.
Notifying the campaign
You can unlock the full power of campaigns by sending out notifications, and setting up store banners to let more people know about it's details.
We recommend using store banners that are available as an easyPoints app block or a theme default function, and sending out notifications through your marketing platform.
