Hedging Rules

Updated over a month ago

Hedging is a strategy where a participant places picks on opposing outcomes of the same event β€” often to reduce risk or lock in a guaranteed return after the initial pick becomes favorable.

While this approach is common in traditional sports speculation, it is not permitted on the LusoFunding platform.

Why is Hedging Prohibited?

Our challenges are designed to assess skill, consistency, and disciplined decision-making. Hedging undermines the purpose of the evaluation by distorting performance data and misrepresenting risk.

Any account found to be engaging in hedging strategies may be subject to review and potential termination.

If you have any questions about acceptable strategy behavior or want clarity on a specific case, feel free to reach out to our team.
