Before you start - Before you can submit an ESWAVAX opening report, you will need the following:
1. A device that has a browser to connect to the internet (Google Chrome, Safari)
2. Connection to internet via Wi-Fi or mobile data
3. Active ESWAVAX credentials for signing in
Step 1 - Enable GPS location services on the device
ESWAVAX web application requires that GPS location service be turned on in order to be able to track device's physical location. The web application will not display the interface until the location service has been enabled. To enable location service on iOS devices (iPhone & iPad), you go to settings Privacy Location Services Safari and change location access to be "while using app". To enable location services on Android devices, go to settings and enable location.

Step 2 - Login to ESWAVAX
Open your browser and enter the address app.luvelo.org/ESWAVAX. On the sign in page, choose "Login with Microsoft". Input your credentials (username & password) then sign in. If asked if you want to "Stay signed in?' choose no.
Step 3 - Select Site
Once you have signed in, you have to select the site you will be using which should be scheduled prior. You will see sites that are close by and select your relevant site or you can search for the site in the search bar.
Step 4 - Submit opening report
The next step would now be to submit an opening report. On the ESWAVX home screen (after selecting site), chose "daily report". On daily report you can:
Add team members - Team members can be added prior while scheduling a site or can be added while submitting the opening report. Click the "+ team member" button and search the team member by name in the search bar. Full name of team member will then show and you can check the box next to the name to select the member you want. After selecting member(s), you can then press the "Add members" button.
Designate a team leader - Once you have added team members, you can then designate a team leader from the list of the added team members. Select the dropdown from the "select team leader" and you will see list of the added team members. Chose a team leader then add the team leader's number.
Record cooler temperature reading - To record cooler temperature reading, press the "+ Enter new temperature reading" button. Input temperature and press "Submit". Temperature reading must ben submitted hourly on each active site.
Step 5 - Submit arrival report
To submit an arrival report, you need to press the "Arrive" button within the daily report screen. After pressing "Arrive" you will be asked to confirm if you you want to arrive and you can press "Yes, arrive" to proceed. An arrival report must be submitted when you are physically on site or within 2 km range of physical site. If not, you will not be able to submit an arrival report.
