In order to help you as a Creator to increase your revenue we have built a CRM feature so that you can have more informations on your Fans. You will be able to access Contacts tab with enriched data & advanced filters

As a Creator you can access your list of Fans through the CRM option and filters them by either 'Members' or 'Followers'.
🔍 Search & Fan Details
You will be able to search through all users for your convenience if any of the following text matches:
username, display name
As a creator you will also be able to access info on your Fans such as the following:
email
last interaction date e.g. last message / payment
revenue information such as total spent, which is also broken down in to individual areas
Creators can add a private text note to the information as well if any Fans have specific requests or interests you need to remember.
💥 Blast Segments
There is the option to Blast certain segments of fans from your CRM with personalised messages. You can choose the specifics for the Blast (as shown in the image below) then input the text you wish to send them:
📁 CSV Export
You have the option to ask for all of the segmented data to be sent as a CSV export. The action button for this is in the top right hand corner of the screen as shown below:
