General Questions
Why is the app upgrading?
This upgrade is going to bring you to the next level. It’s part of our mission to give you and your fans a better experience, so we felt the best way to do this is provide you with something even better to build your community on
What’s changing with the upgrade, and what’s staying the same?

Faster, more secure system with instant transfer options, including push-to-card and Venmo meaning you can receive your earnings in real time and enjoy more flexibility with how you get paid.
Improved reliable Support
Will my account, content, and fans carry over to Luvi automatically?
Absolutely. You don't need to do anything!
Do I need to download a new app, or will the existing one update?
The same app can be used for Luvi so there is no need to start downloading anything new.
Will the website/social media handles change?
Yes they will. Instead of Club everything will be Luvi so links to profiles that are used by fans or shown on Instagram bios will read 'luvi.fans/creatorname'. There will be communication of the need to update Instagram.
Earnings & Payouts
Will the rebrand affect my current balance or pending payouts? Do I need to update my payout information after the rebrand?
No everything stays the same and we've handled it! Rest assured there will be no interruptions to payouts so your funds are safe.
Will payout providers (e.g., MassPay, Stripe) stay the same?
Yes they will. The details have all been migrated which means no interruptions for you. They are part of our upgrade!
Are there any changes to fees or payment timelines?
No change here either! Since we have upgraded to Masspay you will receive your funds as quick as instant as they have multiple different ways for you to payout in the most suitable way for you.
Content & Fans
Will all of my uploaded content remain available after the rebrand?
Yes. We still keep all your current content as it is so you will see the same on your profile as before the update.
Do my fans need to create new accounts, or will their subscriptions carry over?
Everything will be carried out so there is nothing they need to do.
Will fans be notified about the rebrand, or should I tell them myself?
We are informing everyone as best we can, however there may still be fans that do not see our updates and have questions so please don't be alarmed if this is the case.
Will links to my current profile still work?
They will be updated automatically by us so they will still work. We would invite you to update the link you have added to your Instagra, bio as soon as possible so that your fans can see the change without causing any confusion between Club and Luvi.
Support & Communication
How will support contact details (email, chat, help centre) change?
Live Chat in app will continue as normal as we have set this up to transition, and you will see the theme change to the new Luvi colours as well as all of the updated Luvi help information. As for the email address it will now be contact@luvi.fans.
