Changing Your Accommodation
If you wish to change your accommodation after final selection and booking, additional fees may apply. While Luxe Tribes does not charge for changes, the hotel or accommodation host may impose cancellation or modification fees. Our team will keep you informed once your accommodation is secured.
Our Accommodation Standards
We carefully select modern, newly built, or recently refurbished upscale properties, typically in the 5-star range, and never below 4 stars. Check your trip type for specific details on the accommodations included in your package.
Availability & Alternative Options
Hotels are always subject to availability. If a hotel you originally selected is no longer available by the time your final selection is made, we will provide the best available alternatives at the same standard and quality.
Check-In & Check-Out Policies
Check-in typically begins between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
Check-out is usually between 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, depending on the property.
Card on File for Incidentals
Upon arrival, most hotels will require you to place a credit card on file for incidentals, room service, or additional charges. This is a standard hotel policy and is not managed by Luxe Tribes.
Seamless Prepaid Stays
All accommodations are prepaid in advance, allowing you to arrive and check in seamlessly. Thanks to our close relationships with top hotels, we work to secure the best options for you. To ensure the widest selection and best availability, we recommend booking at least 8-10 months in advance, especially during peak travel seasons.
