Creating your LVLup account only takes a few minutes. This guide walks you through how to create your account, verify your login, complete your basic account setup, and troubleshoot common sign-in issues.

LVLup is free to get started. No subscription is required to create an account.

Open the LVLup app and select the option to create an account. You can sign up using your Apple or Google account.

Select your preferred sign-in method and follow the authentication prompts provided by Apple or Google.

Once authenticated, your LVLup account will be created, and you can continue with your account setup.

When you create your account using Apple or Google, authentication is handled securely through the sign-in method you select.

Follow the prompts from Apple or Google to confirm your identity and authorize access to LVLup.

Once authentication is successful, you’ll be signed into your LVLup account.

Once you’ve successfully created and authenticated your account, follow the prompts in LVLup to complete your profile.

You may be asked to provide or confirm basic account information before continuing.

Once your setup is complete, you’re ready to start using LVLup.

During setup, you may be asked to select the sportsbooks you use. Setting your sportsbook preferences helps LVLup surface more relevant sportsbook and odds information when you’re discovering and researching player props.

You can update your sportsbook preferences later through your LVLup settings.

Select how you’d like odds to appear throughout LVLup:

You may also have the option to enter your bankroll and preferred unit size.

For example:

Bankroll: $2,500
​Unit Size: $25

These settings help LVLup track your betting performance in a way that reflects how you manage your picks.

You can update these settings at any time.

LVLup may ask for permission to send Push Notifications.

Enabling notifications allows you to receive relevant updates about your tracked activity, contests, product updates and other important LVLup activity.

You can manage notification permissions through your device settings at any time.

If you’re unable to sign in:

If you’ve previously created an LVLup account, use the same Apple or Google sign-in method associated with your existing account whenever possible.

Using a different sign-in method may create a separate account rather than signing you into your existing LVLup profile.

First, confirm you’re using the same Apple or Google account you originally used to create your LVLup account.

If you’re still unable to access your account, contact the LVLup support team for assistance.
