Overview
Your LVLup subscription gives you full access to all premium features including Top Props, Prop Explorer, SlipCheck, My Picks and advanced analytics. You can manage your subscription directly through the app or your device’s app store.
This guide explains how to view, modify, or cancel your plan.
Viewing Your Subscription
To view your active plan:
Open the LVLup app.
Go to Profile.
Select Manage Subscription.
You will see your current plan type, renewal date, and billing method.
If you subscribed through the web, you can view your billing details by logging into your LVLup account and selecting Billing Settings.
Upgrading or Changing Your Plan
If you want to switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan, or vice versa:
Go to Profile > Manage Subscription.
Select Change Plan.
Choose the plan you want.
Confirm the change.
If you subscribed directly via iOS or Android, plan changes are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. Once updated, your new plan will take effect at the next billing cycle.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
For users who subscribed directly via the iOS app store: Open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select LVLup, and tap Cancel Subscription.
For users who subscribed directly via the Google Play store: Open Google Play > Payments and Subscriptions > Subscriptions, select LVLup, and tap Cancel.
For users who subscribed directly via our website: Log in at www.lvlupprops.ai, go to Billing Settings, and select Cancel Subscription.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to LVLup until the end of your current billing period.
Restarting a Subscription
If your plan expires and you want to rejoin:
Open the LVLup app.
Tap Subscribe Now on the main screen.
Select your preferred plan and payment method.
Your data and settings will still be saved from your previous account, so you can pick up where you left off.

If you believe you were charged in error or are having trouble managing your subscription, contact support@lvlupprops.ai or use the in-app chat. Our team will review your issue and guide you through next steps.
