Overview
If your payment method has changed or a recent payment failed, you can easily update your billing information within the LVLup app or through your device’s app store. This ensures your subscription continues without interruption.
Updating Payment Details on iOS
If you subscribed to LVLup through the Apple App Store:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Select Payment and Shipping.
Choose Add Payment Method or update your existing one.
Confirm your changes.
Apple will automatically use your updated payment method for future LVLup renewals.
Updating Payment Details on Android
If you subscribed through Google Play:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your Profile Icon in the top right corner.
Select Payments and Subscriptions.
Choose Payment Methods and then Add or Edit.
Save your updated information.
Google Play will automatically retry any failed payments once the details are updated.
Updating Payment Details on the Web
If you subscribed directly through the LVLup website:
Log in to your account at www.lvlupprops.ai.
Go to Profile > Billing Settings.
Select Update Payment Method.
Enter your new credit or debit card details.
Save your changes.
LVLup will use your updated payment information for your next billing cycle.
Retrying a Failed Payment
If a payment attempt fails, you will receive an email and an in-app notification. To fix it:
Update your card or payment details as shown above.
Ensure your card has sufficient funds and is authorized for online transactions.
Retry the payment through your app store or the LVLup billing page.
Your subscription will automatically reactivate once the payment is successfully processed.
