Overview

LVLup aims to provide every member with a transparent and fair refund process. This guide explains when refunds may be available, how they are handled across platforms, and what steps you can take if you believe you were charged in error.

Free Trial Period

All new LVLup members start with a 7-day free trial before their first payment is processed. You can cancel your subscription at any time during this period without being charged.

If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, your chosen plan will automatically begin and the first payment will be processed.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on where you subscribed:

Apple App Store

  • Payments made through Apple are managed directly by Apple.

  • Apple’s policy typically does not allow refunds once a subscription has started, but you can request one through Report a Problem at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Google Play

  • Payments made through Google Play follow Google’s refund policy.

  • Most subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, but exceptions may be made for accidental charges or technical issues.

LVLup Website

  • Payments made directly on www.lvlupprops.ai may be eligible for a refund if there was a billing error or if your account experienced a verified technical problem.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the charge by contacting support@lvlupprops.ai.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Identify where you purchased your subscription (Apple, Google Play, or LVLup web).

  2. Submit your request through the appropriate platform or contact LVLup Support.

  3. Include your account email, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Refunds are reviewed individually and processed according to platform policies.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not typically granted for:

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal.

  • Dissatisfaction with model performance or betting results.

  • Partially used subscription periods.

To avoid future charges, make sure to cancel your plan before the next billing date.
