Overview
If your payment did not go through or your subscription shows as inactive, there are a few common reasons this may happen. Most payment issues can be fixed by updating your billing details or retrying the transaction through your app store or the LVLup website.
1. Expired or Invalid Payment Method
Payments may fail if your credit or debit card has expired, been replaced, or is no longer valid.
How to fix it:
Update your payment details in the App Store, Google Play, or LVLup Billing Settings via our website.
Check that your card has sufficient funds and allows online or recurring payments.
2. Payment Authorization Failed
Sometimes your bank or card provider may block a charge for security reasons.
How to fix it:
Contact your bank or card provider to approve the transaction.
Once approved, retry the payment from your app store or LVLup account page.
3. Insufficient Funds
If your account balance is too low, the payment will not be processed.
How to fix it:
Add funds to your account or use a different payment method.
Retry the payment once your balance is updated.

4. App Store or Google Play Issue
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, payments are handled directly by those platforms. Occasionally, a billing error or store-side delay can interrupt a payment.
How to fix it:
For Apple users, open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, then retry the payment.
For Google users, open Google Play > Payments and Subscriptions > Subscriptions, then retry.
5. Network or Connection Problem
A weak internet connection can interrupt the payment process before it completes.
How to fix it:
Make sure you are connected to a stable network.
Retry the payment once you have a strong connection.
6. Subscription Not Updating After Payment
If you successfully updated your payment but your LVLup plan still shows as inactive, it may take a few minutes for the system to sync with your app store or payment provider.
How to fix it:
Refresh your LVLup app or log out and back in.
If the issue persists after 30 minutes, contact support@lvlupprops.ai with your account email and payment receipt.
