Overview
LVLup lets you control how and when you receive updates so you can stay informed without feeling overwhelmed. You can manage your in-app notifications, email alerts, and communication preferences directly within the app or your account settings.
Managing In-App Notifications
In-app notifications keep you updated on new top props, bet tracking results, and account-related updates.
To adjust in-app notifications:
Open the LVLup app.
Go to your Profile tab.
Select Notifications.
Toggle on or off the types of alerts you want to receive.
You can choose to receive notifications for:
New high-value props
Updates to tracked bets
Weekly results
Usage reminders
Managing Email Notifications
Email notifications are designed to help you stay connected even when you are not in the app. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of any LVLup email.
Push Notification Permissions
If you do not see notifications appearing on your device, check your system settings to make sure LVLup notifications are allowed.
For iOS:
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Tap Notifications > LVLup.
Ensure Allow Notifications is turned on.
For Android:
Open Settings on your phone.
Tap Notifications > LVLup.
Toggle notifications on or adjust your preferences.
Adjusting Other Preferences
Within the same settings menu, you can also update other personal preferences such as:
Default odds format (American or Decimal)
Sportsbooks you want to use on the LVLup platform
Unit (bet) size information designed to help you manage your bankroll
These settings help personalize your LVLup experience so it fits the way you like to engage with the app.
