If you no longer wish to use LVLup and you want to remove all data from our system, you can delete your account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from our system. This guide explains this process and what to expect after completing the action.
Before You Begin
Before deleting your account, please make sure that:
You have cancelled any active subscriptions.
You have downloaded or saved any information you wish to keep, such as your bet history or tracking data.
You understand that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you simply want to pause or stop billing, consider cancelling your account instead of deleting it.
Deleting Your Account
Account deletion permanently removes your personal information, betting history, and preferences from LVLup systems. This action cannot be reversed.
To delete your account:
Open the LVLup app or go to www.lvlupprops.ai.
Navigate to Profile > Account
Tap Delete Account.
Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
Once confirmed, your data will be permanently erased within 30 days in accordance with our privacy policy.
Subscriptions and Billing
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your active subscription through Apple or Google Play. To prevent further charges, make sure you cancel your plan through your app store or the LVLup billing portal before deleting your account.
Data Privacy and Retention
LVLup complies with all applicable data protection laws. After deletion, we retain only the minimal data required for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes. All other data is securely and permanently removed.
