App Not Loading or Crashing

Overview

If your LVLup Props app is not opening, freezing, or closing unexpectedly, the issue is usually related to your internet connection, device storage, or an outdated version of the app. Follow the steps below to get back up and running.

1. Check Your Internet Connection

LVLup requires a stable internet connection to load data and update props.

Try the following:

  • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test your connection.

  • Restart your router or modem if you are using Wi-Fi.

  • Make sure your network does not have restricted access or a VPN blocking app traffic.

2. Update the App

Running an older version of LVLup can cause crashes or loading issues.

To update:

  • Go to the App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Search for LVLup Props.

  • Tap Update if a newer version is available.

Keeping your app up to date ensures you have the latest performance improvements and bug fixes.

3. Restart Your Device

Restarting clears temporary files that might interfere with app performance.

  • Fully close the LVLup app.

  • Restart your phone or tablet.

  • Reopen the app and try again.

4. Clear Cache and Storage

Over time, stored data may cause the app to slow down or fail to open properly.

For iOS:

  • Delete and reinstall the app to refresh data.

For Android:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > LVLup.

  2. Tap Storage and Cache.

  3. Select Clear Cache, then Clear Storage.

  4. Reopen the app and log in again.

5. Check for Device Storage

If your phone is low on storage, it may prevent apps from running smoothly.

To fix:

  • Delete unused apps, files, or photos to free up space.

  • Restart your device and relaunch LVLup.

6. Reinstall the App

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, uninstall LVLup completely, restart your device, and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play.

This step refreshes all app files and often resolves persistent issues.
