We are always working to make LVLup faster, smarter, and more useful for every bettor. If you notice something that is not working as expected or have an idea that could make the platform better, we want to hear from you. This article explains how to report a bug or share your feature ideas directly with our team.
1. Reporting a Bug
A bug is any technical issue that prevents part of the app from working correctly. Examples include:
The app not loading or freezing on a certain screen
Incorrect or missing data
Login or subscription errors
SlipCheck not scanning properly
When reporting a bug, please include as much detail as possible.
To report a bug:
Open the LVLup app
Navigate to the Profile tab.
Tap Feature & Feedback Requests
Select Report a Bug and describe what happened.
Helpful details to include:
What you were doing when the issue occurred
The device and operating system you are using (for example, iPhone 14 iOS 18.1)
Screenshots or a screen recording of the issue
The time and date it happened
You can also email support@lvlupprops.ai directly with this information. Our team reviews every report and will get back to you as soon as possible.
2. Suggesting a New Feature
If you have an idea for a feature or improvement that would make LVLup more helpful, we would love your input. Many of our best updates come from community feedback.
To suggest a feature:
Open the Profile tab in the app.
Select Feature & Feedback Requests
Tap Suggest a Feature.
Briefly describe your idea and how it would improve your experience.
You can also email your suggestion to support@lvlupprops.ai with the subject line Feature Request.
3. What Happens Next
Once you submit a bug report or feature idea:
Our product team reviews it within a few business days.
If more information is needed, we may contact you directly.
Approved features are added to our roadmap for future development.
While we cannot implement every request right away, every piece of feedback helps shape the future of LVLup.
