Using the Consult Notepad

Add non-verbalised notes through the Consult Notepad.

Updated over a week ago

We understand that as a clinician, sometimes you need to add notes that are non-verbalised. That's why we added a Notepad to Lyrebird.

The Lyrebird notepad enables you to provide context and include down non-verbal notes during a consultation, helping Lyrebird to better understand the nature of your consult.

How to use the Notepad?

During every consult, a Notepad will appear in the middle of your screen. Add any notes via the text box at the bottom.

These typed notes will be added to the generated notes after clicking Stop listening.

How to view the Notepad after the notes are generated?

Once the notes have been generated, you can view & copy the Notepad in it's original form by clicking Notepad.

Examples

Add notes for a Mental State Exam without verablising it:

"The patient has a flattened affect with intermittent eye contact. "

Add notes for a non-standard consult, such as a multidisciplinary consult where multiple practitioners were present:

"This is a multidisciplinary meeting with a Psychologist, Speech Pathologist and Paediatrician - take this into account with your notes"
