This article explains how campaigns, and experiences, work with one another.
By default, a visitor can be bucketed into multiple campaigns if they match the criteria of them all. If they match multiple campaigns on the same page, all of them will fire simultaneously.
Where you need to manage this, you can create exclusion groups in Campaign Settings.
Any campaigns added to the same exclusion group will not fire together
Instead, the first campaign to match will fire, and the others in the group are excluded
You can set whether this exclusion applies on a page, session, or journey basis
