Updates to Support & Accessibility Buttons

We’ve improved how you access Support and Accessibility tools to create a cleaner, more consistent experience—especially on mobile and zoomed views.

Available in: Free, Plus, Enterprise

What’s Changed:

  1. The Support icon now appears in the top navigation bar and shows a red badge when new messages await. It appears as a Question Mark "?" inside a circle.

  2. The Helpful Resources menu is now represented by a book icon, also in the top navigation bar.

  3. The Accessibility tab stays in the bottom-right corner but is smaller for better visibility and less overlap.

Why We Made This Change:

To reduce clutter, align with our design system, and ensure accessibility features remain easy to locate for all users.
