  1. When reaching out to support on the MagicSchool platform, the typical response time is within the same day. As a reminder, to get support on the platform, click on the “Intercom” icon, shown below, on the bottom right-side of the screen.

  1. For district and site leaders, when reaching out to your Customer Success Manager. The typical response time will be within 24-48 hours.
