  • For Intercom support: Live support is available Monday–Friday*, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT. If you message us after hours, we’ll follow up the next business day during support hours. The typical response time is within the same day.

    *Please Note: We are closed on federal and company-observed holidays.

  • For district and site leaders: When reaching out to your Customer Success Manager, you can typically expect a response within 24–48 hours.

  • For general email inquiries: Our team aims to respond within 24 hours during business days.
