Yes, it is possible to turn off MagicStudent, as well as other individual tools, if you are partnered with us. If you’re a partner, follow these steps:
Contact your assigned Customer Success Manager.
Inform them of your request to disable MagicStudent
Your Customer Success Manager will handle the process of turning off the feature for your account.
Additional notes:
This option is available to all Enterprise Account Holders who wish to disable MagicStudent.
If you later decide to re-enable MagicStudent, you can make the same request to your Customer Success Manager.
