Address Ninja opens Shopify’s plan selection page when you choose a plan.
In Shopify admin, open Apps > Address Ninja.
Click Plans.
Choose the plan on Shopify’s page and complete the confirmation.
Return to Address Ninja and check the plan shown on the home page.
The current public plans are Starter, Growth, and Pro. Growth replaces Basic for new plan selections at the same price and with the same checks. An existing Basic subscription can still show the name Basic.
Existing paid subscriptions continue without another approval just because the app updates. Review Shopify’s confirmation before changing plans, especially if you have a legacy or custom price.
Cancel a subscription
On the Address Ninja home page, find Plan & trial, click Cancel subscription, and complete the confirmation. Shopify’s plan selection page does not contain this cancellation control. Cancellation removes access to paid validation checks once it completes.
Development stores
Eligible development stores receive Developer access to all checks without choosing a paid plan. The app keeps these stores on the home page instead of sending them to Shopify’s plan selection page.
