To add a product variant to a field:
From your Shopify admin, go to Fields.
Click Create field group or edit an existing field group.
Add or edit a multiple choice, checkbox, or dropdown field.
Add or edit an option within the field.
Click the Attach variant button next to the field input.
Select the product variant you want to add.
Click Apply changes.
Click Save.
Each attached product variant will be added to the cart when a customer selects that field option.
