If the customer has not checked out yet, you can cancel the accepted offer by deleting the draft order that was created.
Go to Magical Make an Offer in your Shopify admin.
Click Offers.
Open the offer you’d like to cancel.
Click the View draft order button.
In Shopify, click the More actions dropdown.
Select Delete.
Once the draft order is deleted, the customer’s checkout link will no longer work.
