Market-based fees allow you to apply fees based on which Shopify Market a customer is shopping in.
To set up a market-based fee, you first need to grant the app permission to access customer and market data.
In the app admin, click Create Fee. Or click View Fees if you want to edit an existing fee.
Under the Markets section, click Enable markets.
In the Update data access window, click Update.
Click Add markets.
Select the markets the fee should apply to.
Click Select in the modal.
Click Save.
This will apply the fee only to orders where the customer's market matches one of the markets you selected for the fee.
Limitations:
Market-based fees apply to online store and draft order sales channels only. The Point of Sale channel is automatically disabled when market conditions are set.
If you disable markets, both the market and customer tag permissions will be revoked. You can re-enable them at any time.
