What you can ask Sidekick to do
Set up a fee
Describe what you're trying to charge and Sidekick will recommend the right setup and pre-fill the form for you. Try asking "Add a 3% credit card surcharge" or "Set up a 10% import tariff for orders shipping to the US."
Check your current fees
Ask what's already set up before creating something new. Try asking "What fees do I currently have?" or "Do I have a tariff fee set up?"

Get support If something isn't working

How to use it
From your Shopify admin, click the Sidekick icon.
In the chat, type a command or question and then click the up arrow icon to send your message.
If Sidekick recommends a Magical Fees setup, click the link it gives you. This opens the fee form pre-filled with your details.
Review the form and click Save.
