1. Download & Install the timeOS Desktop App

To get started, you’ll need to download the timeOS desktop app.

1. Download the App

Head over to the timeOS download page and click Download for MacOS. The installer file will start downloading.

2. Install the App

Once the download is complete, open the installer file. Drag the app to your Applications folder.

3. Launch the App

After installation is complete, you can launch the timeOS app from your Applications folder.

2. Log In to Your timeOS Account

Once the app is installed, open the timeOS desktop app. You’ll need to log in with your timeOS account credentials.

• If you already have a timeOS account, sign in using Google or Microsoft.

• If you don’t have an account, click Sign In to create one and follow the registration steps. Follow this article for more info on initial registration.

3. Give the App Permissions

For the app to function properly, you’ll need to grant it the necessary permissions on your Mac. These permissions include detecting Zoom meetings, recognizing and processing voices, and recording and transcribing meetings. To allow these please:

  1. Enable Accessibility

  2. Enable Microphone Access

  3. Enable Screen Recording

You can also go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > then select Accessibility and Microphone and Screen & System Audio Recording, and check the box next to timeOS, in each of these settings.

4. Record Zoom meetings invisibly

Follow this article to see how.
