How to upgrade to Business / add team members

The Business plan is not an upgrade from the personal account page — here's exactly how to get there and add your team.

⚠️ Important: Business is not an in-app upgrade from Pro

Many users look for a "Upgrade to Business" button in their personal account settings — it's not there. Timeless for Business (also called Timeless for Teams) is a separate team plan, purchased from a dedicated team page.


How to get the Business plan

  1. Go to my.timeless.day/team — this opens the team billing page directly.

  2. Sign in with your Timeless account if prompted.

  3. Select the number of seats and billing period (monthly or annual), then complete checkout.

Note: If the link seems to take you back to your normal account page, try opening it in an incognito/private window or clearing your browser cache.


Pricing

  • $39 per person / month (billed monthly)

  • $25 per person / month (billed annually)

How to add team members after purchasing

  1. Open the Admin Panel.

  2. Click Add Member and enter their email address. They will receive an invitation email.

  3. To change a member's email address, contact support at hey@magical.team.


Common questions

Is "Timeless for Business" the same as "Timeless for Teams"?

Yes — they are the same plan. The name has been used interchangeably in different parts of the product.

Do I need to cancel my Pro subscription first?

No. When you move to a Business/Teams plan, your personal Pro subscription can be cancelled separately. Contact support and we can help coordinate the transition.

I don't have a team yet — can I still purchase?

You can purchase Business with a minimum of 2 seats and add teammates later via the Admin Panel.
