We've given the Timeless app a brand new home, and your meetings are now right at the center of it. The new version makes it faster to navigate, easier to find what you're looking for, and adds a few shortcuts to help you move at speed.
Here's a full tour of everything that's new:
A redesigned home page
The home page looks completely different, and in the best way. Your meetings now live in one place on a single timeline, so they're easy to navigate and even easier to find.
Each meeting shows a preview so you can see what it was about at a glance.
For audio-only or transcript-only meetings (no video), you'll see a short snippet that tells you what happened in the meeting.
Catch up on a busy day
Navigated to a busy day and want to quickly understand what happened? Click Catch up and you'll get a fast summary of everything from that day, meetings you were in, and meetings your team had.
It's a great way to refresh your memory, get up to speed on a day you missed, or do a quick catch-up after time off.
Tip: Catch up is perfect after a vacation or a packed day, get the highlights of every meeting in seconds.
A reorganized sidebar
The left-hand menu now keeps everything organized in dedicated sections:
My meetings — all of your meetings in one place. Click the + to upload a meeting, add the bot, or record live.
Team meetings — every meeting your team has had, now on the new timeline view too.
Chat — chat has moved out of the home page into its own section. Ask any question, run different agents, and do everything you're used to from the previous version.
My rooms — access all the rooms you've created. This works the same as before.
Other rooms — rooms that have been shared with you by your team.
Agents — your agents now live here. The list is accessible both from Chat and directly from the sidebar, so you can click an agent, edit it, and even run it with a single click.
Faster search and filtering
Search now has its own dedicated spot. From My meetings, use the Search bar to find meetings quickly, for example, search a participant's name to instantly see every meeting you've had with them.
Filters
To keep things clean, Timeless hides meetings that got stuck or failed by default. If you want to see them, click the filter and choose Show failed meetings.
Upload, add the bot, and record from scratch
Right from the Search area you can also:
Upload an audio or video file for transcription and summary
Add your bot to a meeting
Record live
Quick navigation with Ctrl/⌘ + K
Meet your new favorite shortcut. Press Ctrl+K (Windows) or Command+K (Mac) to open a fast search tool from any screen, whether you're on the home page or already inside a meeting.
With Ctrl/Command K you can:
See your most recent meetings and jump straight to the next one
Search for any meeting by name or participant
Ask the AI a question right from the search box if you can't find what you're looking for (for example, "Israel pricing") and let an agent track it down for you
Remember: Ctrl/⌘+K works everywhere in the app, so it's the quickest way to move between meetings without losing your place.
