Scroll through your timeline
Your home screen is a timeline of all your meetings, newest first. Scroll to move back through time. Each meeting shows a quick preview so you can spot the one you're after without opening it.
Open Timeless on your phone.
Rotate your mobile to be horizontal.
Scroll the timeline to browse past meetings.
Tap any meeting to open its full summary and transcript.
Search for a decision or a quote
Can't remember which meeting a decision came up in? Search across all of them at once.
Tap the Search Meetings bar at the top of your meetings.
Type a name, a topic, or a phrase you remember (for example, a client's name or "pricing").
Timeless surfaces the meetings that match, so you can jump straight to the right moment.
💡 Tip: You can search by participant too. Type a person's name to pull up every meeting they were part of.
Open any transcript between meetings
Waiting for your next call to start? Open any past meeting and read the full transcript or summary right there. Everything you captured, online or in person, is a tap away, so you can walk into your next conversation already caught up.

Your mobile timeline shows the same meetings as the web app. They stay in sync.
