timeOS will remind you of your upcoming meetings and help you be on time.

Customize the events for which you want to receive reminders:

  1. To set up reminders, you should install the Chrome extension.

  2. Once installed, go to your new tab page.

  3. Click on 'Preferences'.

  4. Toggle on and off the relevant fields:

  • Include events without participants

  • Include events without conferencing/location

  • Include all-day events

You can return to this stage whenever you want to change or remove the reminders (by toggling off all options).

AI reminders with the AI Attendee

Here's how to set them up:

  1. Go to your new tab page.

  2. Click on 'Preferences'.

  3. Click on 'AI reminder'.

  4. Toggle on/off the relevant reminders you'd like to receive before and after the meeting.

  5. Also, let us know if you'd like to receive reminders with sound.

Reminder types you will get from timeOS:

Before the meeting -

a. Join with AI Notetaker & summarize - By pressing this option, you will quickly join the meeting with the AI Attendee.

b. Auto-join - Once the meeting starts, clicking this option will open your video conference link (you might need to give permissions for setup the first time).

c. Send my bot instead of me - You can message the host that you won't be joining, and your bot will join instead of you.

During the meeting (in case you haven’t dismissed) -

a. Join Now

b. Take notes - It will open your notes area in timeOS to start taking your notes.

Post-meeting (in case you haven’t dismissed the first reminder) -

Review the summary and draft an email.

Setting up desktop notifications

timeOS offers desktop notifications via Chrome, which you can set up in "System Preferences." Please configure Chrome Notifications to "Alerts" so they stay on-screen until dismissed.
