Opening your reminder settings
Open Timeless in your browser.
Click the Preferences gear icon ⚙️.
Go to AI Reminders.
Every setting below saves automatically as you change it.
When a meeting starts
Show reminders one minute before each meeting — an on-screen reminder one minute before a meeting begins, with a one-click join button.
Play sound for reminders — adds a sound to that reminder. This option is only selectable while the setting above is on.
Email me when my AI Attendee fails to join meetings — emails you when your AI Attendee could not join, so you can record another way.
When a meeting ends
Show reminders when AI Notes are ready — an on-screen reminder as soon as your notes are ready. This is a reminder, not an email.
Email me when AI Notes are ready — the email with the subject “Your meeting insights — [meeting name]”, sent to you once per meeting. Turn this off to stop that email.
Sending notes to other people
The settings above only affect what you see and receive. To control whether meeting notes are automatically shared with other participants, go to Preferences ⚙️ → Sharing AI Notes and pick No one, Only attendees, or All invitees.

I cannot find “Notifications” in the Preferences menu
The menu item is called AI Reminders. “Notifications” is the title of the window that opens when you click it.
How do I stop the email I get when a meeting ends?
Turn off Email me when AI Notes are ready under When a meeting ends.
If I turn off the emails, do I lose my notes?
No. Notes, transcripts and recordings are still created and stored — you just will not be notified by email.
Do these settings apply to the Chrome extension too?
Yes. Your reminder settings are stored on your account and apply everywhere you use Timeless.
