You can manually add your AI Attendee to any existing meeting by pasting the meeting link on our homepage after clicking on "Add AI". You can also do so using your timeOS calendar by clicking on the striked-through sparkle icon to add your AI Attendee to any existing meeting. Finally, you can also open the meeting from your timeOS calendar and click on "Enable for this meeting".

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Go to app.magicalhq.com.
    If you have our Chrome extension installed, you can skip to the next step :)

  2. Open the Time Peek from the right handle (or hit CMD + E)

  3. Click on the sparks icon. If the spark icon is bold, the AI Attendee will join the call. If it's not bold, it means that it won't join. Alternatively click on the meeting you'd like to add the AI Attendee.

  4. Check the option to enable your AI Attendee under the "AI Summary" tab.

    To remove the AI Attendee from a meeting, follow the same steps as adding it, but instead of enabling it, click on "Disable for this meeting" or the spark icon again to remove it.

  5. You can also add your AI bot via the home page, via 'Add AI'. Just copy-paste the link to the call.
