Using this integration, you can automatically sync your meeting notes, assigned action items, and/or transcripts anywhere in your custom Notion database. Keep reading to get started!

Setting up your Notion integration

  1. Enter timeOS' Settings, and open the Integrations Center.

  2. Select "Notion - Custom Database" from the list of supported integrations.

  3. Connect with your Notion account (if you haven't done so already).

  4. Now you can see there are 3 available workflows. You can sync your meeting notes, assigned action items, and/or transcripts anywhere in your Notion database. For the sake of this example, we'll show you how to sync your meeting notes, but the process is identical for both workflows :)

  5. Select the specific Notion database where your AI notes should appear.

  6. Map the properties of AI notes to any listed fields on Notion.
For example, the "title" of your AI notes could be mapped to the "Title" field on Notion, or the "Subject" field, etc. The same goes for the other fields listed.

Note that all fields in your Notion database must be of type 'text'.

  7. Additionally, you can choose to create a database item in Notion for every action item assigned to you. The process is the same, simply select the right database and map the properties of your AI notes to the fields listed on Notion.

That's it!

From now on your meeting data will appear automatically in your database on Notion.
