Setting up your AI's appearance is an essential part of your account setup. Follow these steps to personalize your AI's presence:

1. Go to 'Preferences'.

2. Click on 'AI Attendee'.

3. Add Your AI Picture: Click on the photo symbol and add a picture using a direct image link.
Dimensions: depends on where you hold your meetings.
For example:

• Zoom doesn't have any size/dimension restrictions but recommends making sure the image is captured using 16:9, 12 x 720, or 1920 x 1080.

• Teams' recommended picture size is 4MB or 450px x 450px or less.

How to Get a Link to Your Picture?

Ensure you have a direct image link for a file in either JPEG or JPG format. If you're using IMGUR, make sure the URL links directly to the file and that the format is correct (JPEG or JPG). If needed, consider hosting your image on a service like Postimages to obtain a direct link.

4. Change Your AI Name: Select a name that will be clear to all participants. If you plan to have your AI bot replace you in meetings, ensure that hosts approve its entry to avoid any delays.

5. Automate AI bot Joining Meetings: Choose whether you want the AI to join all meetings, only the ones you host, or manually decide each time.

6. Set Meeting Language Fallback: If your meetings are conducted in a language other than English, you can set up the appropriate language fallback here. However, rest assured that we support English by default, so there's no need to worry.
