Setting up your Airtable integration
Enter timeOS' Settings, and open the "Integrations" tab (or just click here).
Select "Airtable" from the list of supported integrations.
Add your Airtable account.
Provide access to your Airtable workspaces
Click "Connect".
Choose in which Base and Table your AI meeting notes should appear on Airtable. Note that these fields must be set in order.
Once the Base and Table have been set, you can map specific values from your AI meeting notes to specific columns in Airtable by clicking on "Insert Data".
For example, you can sync the meeting title to a "Name" column on Airtable.
Finally, click "Enable" to finalize your Airtable integration on timeOS.
You can also create a row on Airtable for every action item that is assigned to you.
Follow the same steps as above, this time under "Create an item in Airtable when an action item is created for you".
That's it!
Your AI notes & summaries will automatically be sent to Airtable, as well as your assigned action items (optional).
