How to disable the waiting room for all Google Meet calls:
Login to the Google Admin Console.
Under Apps > Google Workspace > Google Meet, Click on Meet video settings.
In the "Video meetings" section, you can adjust the settings for who can join the meeting without knocking. Ensure that "Allow users to join the meeting without asking to join" is enabled for your organization.
That's it, your AI bot is now able to join your Google Meet calls directly!
