How does timeOS' Linear integration work?

Once you integrate Linear with timeOS, your meeting summary and action items will be automatically synced to Linear as a note linked to the relevant projects or tasks. If any particular meeting attendee does not exist as a user in Linear, we'll simply create it for you. For every meeting, we'll create a separate note in Linear, so you can easily find the summary you're looking for!

Setting up your Linear integration

  1. Enter timeOS' Settings, and open the "Integrations" tab.

  2. Select "Linear" from the list of supported integrations

  3. Click on "Select account" and then click on "+ Add new account".

  4. Select your Linear account and click on "Choose Account"

  5. Authorize Rollout (our integrations vendor) and access to your Linear account.

6. Click on "Connect" to finalize your Linear integration!

7. Choose in which Team Id, Project Id, State Id and Assignee Id, you want your AI notes to appear on Linear. Note that these fields must be answered in order.

8. You can also create an item on Linear for every action item that is assigned to you.
Simply select the relevant Team Id, Project Id, State Id and Assignee Id like we did above.

That's it! You will see the Off button become On, which means that the integration is active.

Your AI notes & summaries will automatically be sent to Linear, as well as your assigned action items (optional).
