As a teacher, you can enable the text-to-speech function (speech synthesis) for individual pupils in your class. Here’s how!
Start by clicking into a class and go to the Pupils tab.
Click the three dots to the right of the pupil you want to enable text-to-speech for.
Click on Support settings.
Click the switch next to Text-to-speech so that it moves to the right, then click Save.
You can also enable Text-to-speech for all pupils in the class at the same time.
Go to Settings and click the Enable for all 🔊 button to the right of Text-to-speech.
This is what it looks like for the pupils – they click the speaker icon to have the question read aloud!
