With Limited Attempts, you can set a maximum number of tries pupils have for each question.

Once a pupil reaches the limit, they automatically move on to the next problem. This helps promote thoughtful problem-solving and reduces repetitive guessing, so pupils focus on understanding the material rather than trial-and-error.

How It Works

When creating or editing an assignment, teachers can set the number of attempts allowed per question. Pupils will see how many tries they have left while working through the assignment. Once they use all their attempts, the system will automatically advance them to the next question.
