How to Verify Email Before Cashout

If you registered your Maholla Account with an email address as opposed to sign in with Google or Apple Accounts, here's how to verify it!

If you registered a Maholla Account making use of the manual email registration (i.e not via signing in with your Google or Apple Accounts) you will need to verify your account for security purposes.

You will notice that you may not be able to cash out until your account is verified, so here's how to verify your account so you can cash out your hard earned cash!

  • Head on over to the Profile Tab at the bottom of your Maholla App

  • Select Account Settings

  • You will see a box that says "Email not verified" -- Select Resend Verification

  • Press the link that you receive in your inbox, and it should take you to a page that says verification complete

  • And you're all done! You may return to your Maholla App and cash out!

But What if I Don't Get the Verification Link?

It is very possible that the verification link gets filtered into your spam or junk folder in your email. We recommend checking these folders first, otherwise press the "Resend Verification" button again and the email should arrive within an hour.
