How do I access my account settings and preferences?

Access your Mailbutler account settings, preferences, signatures, and message templates from the Account & Preferences menu.

Step 1: Open Mailbutler

Open the Mailbutler Sidebar:

👉 Apple Mail

👉 Gmail

👉 Outlook

Step 2: Open Account & Preferences

Click the three dots in the Mailbutler Sidebar and select Account & Preferences.

From Account & Preferences, you can:

  • Account Settings

  • Subscriptions

➤ Customize Mailbutler

  • Preferences

➤ Set up Mailbutler features

  • Signatures

  • Message Templates

  • Tags

  • Automations
