Note: Only What Needs to Be Done section is required to create Work Order.

Mobile:

  1. Go to Work Orders tab

  2. Click blue +

  3. Click Create Work Order

  4. Complete fields:

    1. Work Order Name

    2. Any Pictures/Images

    3. Work Order description

    4. Procedure

    5. Team or People

    6. Due Date and Schedule

    7. Priority ( None, Low, Medium, High)

    8. Location

    9. Asset

    10. Parts needed

    11. Category

    12. Additional files

    13. Vendor

  5. When finished entering details, click Create in top right corner

Web:

  1. Go to Work Orders tab

  2. Click + New Work Order in top right corner

  3. Complete fields:

    1. Work Order Name

    2. Any Pictures/Images

    3. Work Order description

    4. Procedure

    5. Team or People

    6. Due Date and Schedule

    7. Priority ( None, Low, Medium, High)

    8. Location

    9. Asset

    10. Parts needed

    11. Category

    12. Additional files

    13. Vendor

  4. When finished entering details, click Create at bottom of Work Order
