Web:

  1. Go to Work Orders tab

  2. Click Compact View button (middle icon next to Work Orders at top of screen)

  3. Click Settings (gear icon) in upper right corner

  4. Under Column Options, click Select a column to add... at bottom of list

  5. Click Procedure Failures and Procedure Flags
