Mobile:

  1. Click More in bottom right corner

  2. Under Org name, click View Settings

  3. Under Organization Settings, click Teams/Users

  4. Find User in User Lists

  5. Scroll down section called People Who Haven’t Joined Yet to see who has not yet joined the organization

  6. Click blue arrow to right of name

  7. Click Resend Invite and hit Send to confirm resending invitation

Web:

  1. Go to Teams/Users tab

  2. Click Users

  3. In the Last Login column, user status is listed

  4. Click User’s name

  5. Check Last Visit to see if User has joined Organization

  6. If User has not yet visited MaintainX, click Resend Invite
