Mobile:

  1. Go to Work Orders tab

  2. Select Work Order to add Cost

  3. Scroll to Time & Cost Tracking

  4. Click Add to right of Time

  5. Select Time Category (Work Time, Inspection Time, or Other Time)
    or Click Next

  6. If necessary, add Time Spent

  7. Enter Hourly Rate

  8. Click Done

Web:

  1. Go to Work Orders tab

  2. Select Work Order to add Cost

  3. Scroll to Time & Cost Tracking

  4. Click Add Time or click entered Time

  5. Select Time Entry to add Cost

  6. Click arrow next to recorded time

  7. Click arrow

  8. Enter Hourly Rate

  9. Click Update
