  1. When using the form item type Inspection Check, options include Pass, Flag or Fail

  2. Escalation Protocols are designed to help send alert to specific Team that needs to be aware of Flags and Fails

  3. Automatically send an email alert and push notification to specific Team when Inspection Form Item is Flagged or Failed

  4. While this feature is still in beta, you won’t be able to see option to turn this on/off in your dashboard. Reach out to us on the Support Chat or info@getmaintainx.com to get Escalation Team set up and Escalation Protocols enabled
