Using Reporting Filters

NOTE: Reporting feature is only available on Web/Desktop

Web:

  1. Go to Reporting tab

  2. Choose to filter Reporting by:

    • Due Date: Filter by Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 Days, Next 30 Days or This Month

    • Location: Filter Work Orders by Location by typing in specific Location or selecting Location(s) in drop-down menu

    • Priority: Filter Work Orders by Priority (None, Low, Medium, or High)

    • Vendor: Filter Work Orders by Vendor by typing in specific Vendor or selecting Vendor(s) in drop-down menu

    • Part: Filter by Work Orders by Part by typing in specific Part or selecting Part(s) in drop-down menu

    • Asset: Filter Work Orders by Asset by typing in specific Asset or selecting Asset(s) in drop-down menu

    • Asset Type: Filter Work Orders by Asset Type by typing in specific Asset Type or selecting Asset Type(s) in drop-down menu

    • Assigned To: Filter Work Orders by Team(s) or User(s) assigned by typing in specific people or teams or selecting Team(s) or User(s) in drop-down menu

    or click + Add Filters to filter Reporting by: Procedure Flags, Requested by, Status, Category, Work Order Type, or any custom fields added to Work Orders

  3. With each filter, select additional filtering conditions from drop-down options: One of, None of, Is Empty, Is not empty, or Due Date for date-related filters

  4. View filtered Reports based on selected Filter options
