Web:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Under My Account, click Notification Settings

  3. Configure how to receive notifications about Work Orders, Requests, Reports, and Messages

  4. Work Order events can trigger emails and In-App notifications

    1. Toggle email and In app notifications for Works Orders Created by me for:

      1. All new Comments, Becomes Overdue, and Status has Changed

    2. Toggle email and In app notifications for Works Orders Assigned to me for:

      1. All new Comments, New Work Order, Becomes Overdue, and Status has Changed

    3. Toggle email and In app notifications for Works Orders Assigned to me for:

      1. All new Comments, New Work Order, Becomes Overdue, and Status has Changed

    4. Toggle email and In app notifications for Works Orders Assigned to my teams for:

      1. All new Comments, New Work Order, Becomes Overdue, and Status has Changed

  5. Follow up on everything related to your Requests with emails and In-App notifications

    1. Toggle email and In app notifications for Requests Created by me for:

      1. Request was approved, Request was completed, and Request was declined

  6. Configure how you receive email notifications for Weekly Work Order Report by selecting Email every Monday or No emails

  7. Select which In-app notifications you want to receive for Message events: Every new message, New direct messages only, or Nothing
