MaintainX can add custom fields to an Organization's Work Order template.
By default, current Work Order fields are: Location, Assets, Parts, Categories, and Vendors
MaintainX can add the following types of custom fields (with custom headings) to Work Orders:
One Line: Field for one line of text
Multiline: Field for multiple lines of text
Number: Field for numeric value
Single Select: Field to select either text or numeric value from dropdown list
Date: Field to input date field
