Web:

  1. Click Work Orders tab

  2. Click +New Work Order in top right corner

  3. Add title to new Work Order

  4. Under Procedure, click +Add Procedure

  5. Add existing Procedure, click Add Procedure in bottom right corner, and click Create in bottom right corner
    OR click +Create new Procedure, follow instructions to create procedure, and click Create in bottom right corner

  6. Click 3 dots (⋮) in top right corner of Work Order

  7. Select Export as PDF

  8. Select image size: Small, Regular, Large, Original, or File

  9. Select details to include (Procedures, Costs, Attachments, Comments, Events, Vendors, Signature Line)

  10. Click Export

    Exported PDF can be saved or printed
