Open Internet browser

Navigate to MaintainX web page to save on desktop

Click square icon in top right of browser window to change size of browser

Desktop should be visible in addition to web page

Move mouse to MaintainX icon in search bar (icon is left of MaintainX's URL)

Click and hold down left mouse button

Drag mouse to desktop

Release left mouse button

MaintainX icon will appear on desktop

Double-click MaintainX icon to open MaintainX
